General Policies

• For Private Swimming Lessons only: You may reschedule one lesson per session, please advise your instructor at least one day in advance. Same day or additional cancellations will be considered a lost class.
• Bring your own towel (hotel towels are not included).
• Goggles are recommended for swimmers ages 3+.
• Clients are not permitted to use any additional hotel services, except the pool, these include hot tubs, saunas, lounge chairs, etc.
• Children who are not fully potty trained must wear a swim diaper and rubber pants.
• Whenever possible, only one parent may accompany each swimmer in the pool area.
• Always check your messages before your lesson. Last minute changes do occasionally happen.

Safety Policies

• Only registered swimmers may use the pool. Swimmers are only permitted to be in the pool during the time of their swimming lesson and when their instructor is present.
• Safety is everyone’s responsibility: Report any unsafe behavior to your instructor or CSS customer service.
• Abide by all posted pool rules and keep all pool doors closed.
• Never leave your child alone in the pool area at any time & observe all lessons.

Cancellations, Modifications, Payment Policies

• Cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee or $50.00 whichever is higher, once the session is underway.
• Modification or cancellation requests must be sent by email to CSS Customer Service, not through your instructor.
• Payments can be made in installments with no additional fees. Please call customer service to complete your registration by installment payments. (1-647-812-SWIM).
• If mailing a cheque, please address to: “Canada Swim School Inc” and write the swimmers full name on the cheque.
• Payments made after the due date will be subject to a $20 late payment fee.
• CSS reserves the right to modify or cancel your swimming lessons at any time.

FAQs

How Can I Register?

You can register online at anytime, just click the Book Now button and create a customer profile. If we are currently in the middle of a session you will be placed on our waiting list for an upcoming session. This will ensure you better priority during the registration process. Registration for an upcoming session typically begins 3 weeks before the session starts. We will email all our clients on our waiting list first, which is why you should email as soon as possible, even if the session is still months away.

Can I Reschedule A Class If I Miss A Class?

Yes, our flexible rescheduling policies permit you to reschedule 1 class per session, as long as you notify your instructor in advance.

Why Should I Book Private versus Group Lessons?

Private lessons allow swimmers to advance faster and stay actively engaged during the entire lesson. In group classes, especially for younger kids and non-swimmers, kids often sit on the side, waiting their turn, and only benefit from a small portion of actual swim time per class.

Can I Make Changes to my Registration?

Yes, you can make changes to your lessons at any time. Simply contact our customer service team in advance.
